How did you feel going into this show?
I was very excited !!! Going to LA to meet someone who I was a fan of ... I had stars in my eyes.
Were you suprised when you found out you got casted? I actually wasn't surprised because the producers at the Houston casting said they really wanted to pitch me to the network. What surprised me was when I found out how many hundreds and thousands of girls auditioned for the show...and they picked me... that was a surprise!
Were you really there for Flav or to be on TV
I am a big fan of Flavor Flav. I grew up listening to Public Enemy. I think I was there more as a fan than a love interest.
What was your impression of most of the girls?
Several of the girls were very nice to me (Nibblz, Tostee, Somthin, etc.). I thought they were great. Then I met some of the other girls. I thought Beautiful was a fake ass pregnant dog and had such an ugly personality. I was only there for one day so I didn't have time to truly get to know all the girls.
When you met Flav, did you become attracted to him instantly or no?
Hell NO.
What emotions were going through you when you were eliminated on the first night
Honestly, I was glad. I had to be back at my job or be fired. I knew that I wasn't attracted to Flav and I didn't want to lose my job over something that wasn't going to work out anyways.
Have you been watching the rest of the season as it airs?
Yes, I'm just a fan like everyone else watching the show. I spent some time with some of the girls before and during the taping of the reunion show. I really got a feel of who was FAKE, but I won't say who. It was very apparant on air anyways who was Fake.
Are there any things that happened on the Show that were not aired? No actually I think everything was aired .. in fact too much. I will say that I think everyone was made to portray a certain role and if we went outside that role, our dialogue was cut and not shown.
Who threw the first punch during the 'Bed Fight"? Saphyri of course.
Why do you belive he eliminated you?
I really think my "injuries" (which I made up to get off the show in order to keep my day job) were a liability for Flav and the network. They wanted me off to protect themselves. As soon as I left the house they had me sign a waiver saying they weren't responsible for the "injuries" which i did sign.
So what is next for You. More reality...?
No more reality shows for me... I quickly learned that there is no such thing as "Reality TV". I'm pursuing my modeling career fiercly.
My Notes:
I found Flavor of Love to be trashy and was embarrused to have been apart of it. I did not watch the first season so I had no idea what I was getting in to. On the positive side, I'm learning to laugh at my mistakes now, and getting to know fans all across the country has been soo much fun. I'm sorry to say that all the girls were exploited and made to look so bad. Think about all of us as we left... fights, porn stars, strippers. This isn't really who the girls are, its what they were made to look like. Let's be honest with ourselves... Flavor Flav is a disgusting man ... poor maners and unattractive. Flav would be EXTREMELY lucky to get any woman that came on that show. Not the other way around. Flav was a great person when I met him, he seemed to treat me and all the girls fairly and with dignity. However, when I watched the show, I realized he didn't care about us and how we were made to look. He tarnished reputations and exploted women. It simply wasn't worth it. But, everything happens for a reason, and I'm blessed for the friends I made and the people I met.
